Harvest Life Fatherhood Initiative - Harvest Life Foundation’s division for Family Support will implement a pilot program that will focus on helping noncustodial fathers, particularly those with a criminal history, with legal representation at court ordered child support enforcement hearings.

Project Goals:

• To increase voluntary compliance with child support, paternity establishment, consistency and amount of child support payment.
• To reduce recidivism among participants.
• To obtain gainful employment and/or improve job retention among participants.
• To support the formation and maintenance of healthy couple relationships and marriage and reduce the risk of family violence.
• To increase long term self-sufficiency and reduce the long term need for public assistance.
• To increase connection and positive interaction between participants, fathers, their children and families.
