Our Case Management Services Unit is the initial point of entry for the majority of our clients - it remains the core of our agency. We pride ourselves on being able to assess and serve every client who comes to us for assistance, even if it means a referral to a better suited agency. Our dedicated and highly skilled staff makes this possible.

Clients come to Harvest Life Foundation with varying and complex needs. Based upon information attained during their initial intake interview, our counselors and case managers provide clients with crisis intervention services (such as securing food, shelter and clothing), conduct needs assessments, place clients in housing, substance abuse services, facilitate one-on-one and group mentoring and make referrals to other appropriate programs – both inside and outside the agency.
